Over the past 6 years in my consulting firm, Transformational Leadership LLC, I have helped College Presidents and Deans with Strategic Planning, Accreditation/Site Visits, Enrollment Management, and New Program Development.

During these years as a mom who also happens to be a college insider, I have been giving friends and family advice to help their kids navigate how to best prepare for college by answering questions about the stressful and ever-changing college application process. Every day more and more people ask me for my advice and then later inform me that it has been a crucial resource in reducing their stress and laser-focusing their application strategies. I finally listened to their pleas and expanded my educational consulting practice to now include answering parent and student questions at any stage of their educational journey (K through Graduate School). Some of the most common questions I am asked relate to the college application process: what to start thinking about in middle school, how to best focus limited energy in curricular & non-curricular interests in high school, opinions of Test Optional, ED, EA, REA, etc. My goal is to provide you with advice that will maximize your students’ potential college options where they will be HAPPY & THRIVE. I aim to help students make the most of WHO THEY ARE, not create a fake plan simply to garner admission into competitive colleges.
